Ingredients :
2 cups-Pasta
11/2 cup-Fresh Cream
1 cube-Cheddar Cheese(grated)
1/2 cup-Oives(sliced)
2-Garlic cloves(finely chopped)
2 tsp-Olive oil
Salt and Pepper-to taste
2 tsp-Mixed herbs(oregano,thyme,rosemary,basil)
Method:

Method:
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
- Add a spoon of oil to it to prevent it from sticking.
- Once the pasta is done drain the hot water and refresh in cold water.
- In a pan heat olive oil and roast the garlic for 2 minutes over low flame.
- Now add the cream grated cheese and the spices and cook under medium flame.
- Next add olives and finally the cooked pasta.
- Add the pasta stock if the dish becomes a little dry.
